Stephen P. Kelly
Steve Kelly has 20+ years experience in
the insurance industry, all in direct marketing of insurance products
and services. In the last ten years, he has concentrated on the
design, implementation and marketing of affinity group products in
both Employee Benefit and Property/Casualty areas.
Steve has worked on the agency side his entire career and started his
own company, Aldwyn Group, Inc. in January 1997. Aldwyn Group has
served as a Managing General Underwriter of Employer Stop Loss and
Prescription Drug Coverage on behalf of reinsurers including Lloyd’s
of London and American RE, a member of Munich RE Group. Aldwyn
currently operates as a retail and wholesale insurance brokerage.
Steve is the President and co-founder of ELAP, Inc., which provides
consulting services to self-funded employee benefit plans.
Steve resides in Villanova, PA with his wife, Susan, and son, Evan.

C. Woody Waters, III
Prior to joining Aldwyn as VP in September 2001 and co-founding ELAP,
Inc. in 2003, Woody worked for nine years at one of the Top-35
insurance brokerages in America. Woody served as a Property & Casualty
insurance producer. He developed a book of business that included over
60 business clients.
Woody has placed coverage with more than 50 insurance companies for
clients operating in over 40 states. He is especially knowledgeable in
the lines of Commercial Auto, General Liability, Workers' Compensation
and Medical Malpractice.
In 1996, Woody received the Chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)
Designation. He graduated in 1990 from the University of Georgia with
a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance, and he received an MBA in
Marketing from Georgia in 1992.
Woody is married with a daughter and two sons. He lives and works in
Newnan, GA, just outside Atlanta.
